Classes Of Stock
A number of stocks which are traded in the capital market is a common stock.
The members of the management, the founders, the senior owners, and others in many cases hold a completely different kind of stock known as the management share. Such kinds of stock come with voting rights.
There are other stocks which come without any kind of voting rights for its owners.
For instance, consider a company issuing 1,000 shares of a stock, where 51% of the shares will give the voting power in the company to its management, in other words the management will own the shares with voting rights in most cases.
